You’ll also have complimentary access to both resort pool areas, hot tubs, game rooms, and play areas. Free, convenient parking is available on-site within Vista Cay. The community is gated for added security. 💬 INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We respect our guests’ privacy and offer contact-free check-in. You will receive codes to access the gate and door on the day you arrive. There is no need to stop at a front desk, and late arrivals are no problem. We are always available via Airbnb messaging if you have questions, need recommendations, or require assistance during your stay. ✅ GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK - Check-in after 4:00 PM | Checkout before 10:00 AM | Max occupancy: 7 guests (+ 1 infant) - THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING. We provide a small starter kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. - After booking, we’ll send a link in Airbnb messages to complete a quick check-in step through a secure guest portal. This may include confirming guest details and uploading a photo ID. Required prior to check-in. - This property is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Universal Orlando Resort or any associated brands. - Dunkin and Publix are just across the street, and the pool/hot tub are within walking distance. Guests will enjoy and have access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay. The condo is self check-in so there will not be any direct interaction with hosts for your stay. Property management is physically located at Vista Cay resort and hosts are available for messaging on Airbnb if needed. Access to both resort pool areas, hot tubs, game rooms and play areas are complimentary for all guests. Guests and hosts message through Airbnb for the majority of communication. This condo is also well located within Vista Cay. There is a Dunkin and Publix just across the street, and the pool and hot tub are walking distance too! ** NOTE For guest safety and property protection, we may request ID verification and may collect either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver fee prior to arrival (platform rules permitting).

Jason is very responsive host and was accommodating. The place is located in a gated, private community and feels very safe. It also comes with access to a regular pool, a hot tub and a kiddies pool which was perfect for my 1 year old daughter. It has an arcade on property close to the pool area and there is a nearby lake off property which had the most beautiful sunset. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and exactly as pictured and included all the necessary amenities such as towels, pool towels, cooking essentials, a washer, dryer and a playpen and stroller for my toddler, which I felt was a nice touch. Let's talk location! This place is a 5 minute drive from so many attractions, a Walgreens and is across the road from a Chick-fil-A! Overall our stay here was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it!
